Flax Seed packs have been a saving grace around our house. These are wonderful for migraines, arthritis, muscle strains, cramps, cold hands, sinus pain, etc. And so much safer than a heating pad for your little ones! Just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the desired worth. Or store in the freezer to use as a cold compress.

Two different prints are used in each flax pack. It is filled with approx 14 oz of flax seed. Measures 5x9 inches. Flax seed holds heat and cold very well and has a comfortable feel to it. It molds to any surface very easily as well which is so much nicer than the stiff heating pads. These almost make being hurt a bit of fun...almost.
